All guests attending the Christmas Cracker Experience will be able to enjoy full access to Odds Farm Park, including our undercover Animal Barn, Outdoor adventure play areas, indoor soft play, programme of farmer-led animal activities and much more!

You must pre-book your Christmas Cracker experience in advance online.  Annual Membership and Term Time Pass holders will also be required to present a valid membership card on their date of visit. Term Time Pass Holders can purchase the ‘Member Child Cracker Ticket’, for dates that the Term Time Pass is valid on. For alternative dates, the full price ‘Child Cracker Ticket’ will be applicable.

Accompanying Members or Term Time Pass holders will be asked to book their place, free of charge, so that Father Christmas is prepared with how many guests to expect with every child taking part.

All children wishing to meet Father Christmas and receive a take home gift, require a Christmas Cracker ticket. This includes children under 2 years. Babe-in-arms not participating are free of charge, but must be pre-booked with families attending the Christmas Cracker experience.

All children must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the experience.

Members or Term Time Pass holders will be asked to book their place, free of charge, so that Father Christmas is prepared with how many guests to expect with every child taking part.

The only way to guarantee your visit is to book early; we expect the Christmas Cracker 2024 to sell out!

The time selected at the point of booking, will be the desired time for guests to arrive at the start of the Christmas Cracker queue point, located within the Farm Park; your experience will start shortly after. Please note, this is not the time of meeting Father Christmas, as this follows after the start of the experience. In addition, this is not the time that you will enter Odds Farm
Park, and we request that guests ensure to arrive at Odds Farm Park for entry at least 30 minutes before your ‘Join the  Queue’ time. It is important for guests to arrive promptly for their booked time, and please be aware that late arrivals may be asked to return at an alternative time.

Guests will be welcome to attend Odds Farm Park from the time of opening at 10am, until our close, as part of their booking.

For guests who have booked to commence their experience at 15:00 or later, we recommend entering the Farm at least 2 hours earlier. This will give guests sufficient time to enjoy all Christmas Activities on offer, including entertainment and Tree by Twinklelight Shows.

For guests who have booked for 24^th December to commence their experience at 15:00 or later, we recommend entering the Farm at least 2 hours earlier. This will give guests sufficient time to enjoy all Christmas Activities on offer, including entertainment and Tree by Twinklelight Shows. Please note, the Farm will close at 17:30.

Father Christmas can see no more than 10 guests at any one time, and this is therefore the maximum number per booking. Should your group size exceed this, please make more than one booking. Please note, this means Father Christmas will see each booking/group one at a time.

Yes. Guests select a Join The North Pole Queue time at the point of booking, and there will be a queue prior to meeting Father Christmas. Guests are advised to set aside 1.5 hours to complete the experience.

It is essential that guests arrive promptly for their ‘Join the Queue’ time. Due to Father Christmas’ busy schedule, late arrivals will be unable to join their missed session, and will be accommodated during the next available session. Please note, this may be on a different date and time.

Guests will be asked to leave all non-essential buggies and pushchairs in the designated Buggy Park area during their Christmas Cracker experience. Essential buggies or pushchairs must be no bigger than a single width pushchair.

Yes, our Christmas elf will take a photo of you and your family with Father Christmas when you visit him in his grotto. We have various souvenir photo packages available to purchase.

Guests are of course welcome to take  photographs or video with their own camera or phone when visiting Father Christmas.
